Camping

Tad and I went camping this weekend and had a blast. We didn't do much but sleep and be lazy. Friday we got a late start and we had to check 4 different camp grounds before we found a site and we got te last site at that campground. As we were unloading Tad askes where are the pots and pans?? I forgot the pots and pans. Then Tad asked where the sleeping bag was, oh and I forgot the sleeping bag as well. I remembered the 2 blankets for underneath and on top of our airmattress. So we used those on friday needless to say we froze on friday. Saturday started off great, we got woken up to an Elk call. it was so cool. The elk was about 100 yards away. We ened up going into town later that day for a sleeping bag. We found a really cool comforter set for camping. It had a fitted sheet and a sleeping bag that zipped onto the sheet so your feet would stay warm plus it had 2 blow up pillow with cases. It was amazing and we were nice and toasty saturday night. We went to the resivore and that was so beautiful but chilly. It was huge. Anyways we had a blast just relaxing and now that Tad is rested he is back to his anree self. But I love him for it.

OUR MOVE

Our move seems to be approaching faster and faster everyday. We have a month until we go and sign the papers for our duplex. I can't wait but it is kind of scary at the same time. This last week we went and started picking out carpet, flooring, and paint. We have a pretty good idea of the hard wood floors we want and the carpet as well. We have no idea what colors we want the walls to be and our inds may change 100 times in the next month. If you have any suggestions please let us know.

May Celebrations!!!

Here are some pics from May as promised. We had a great time at Michelle's Memorial Day Party and are so proud of Tad's sisters who are moving on to the next chapter in their lives.

~~Kristin has graduated high school and is on to BYU-I in the winter.

~~Nicole has graduated the 8th grade and is on to high school.

Tad's grandparents were in town from Cali for the big events. We always enjoy spending time with them, they are such great people.

We are so lucky to have such great friends and family in our lives, they brighten up our nights and shine in our days. We are so proud of all of Tad's siblings and the great goals they have in life and the motivation they have to reach those goals.

I cut my hair

I cut my hair. I am actualy really excited about it. It is a little shorter then I wanted but oh well hair grows. I took about a totall of a foot off. I will try to get more pics up soon but I only have this one for right now please let me know what you think.

tad's little sister graduated this last week and his grandparents were in town. we hd a ton of fun. Plus we went to oneof Tad's co-workers house ofr a party so i am hoping to have those pics up soon but my computer is have issues.

Our Anniversary Weekend

I can't believe it has been 2 years already. this year for our anniversary Tad planned a special trip up to Glenwood Springs, home of the largest hot springs pool in the nation. We had an amzing time and were so greatful to beable ot spend some quality time together alone. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband who loves me so much. He is amazing and I couldn't ask for more. He makes me feel so special each and every day. In the past 2 years my life has changed so much and only for the better. I am so excited to spend eternity with Tad and he makes me feel like he feels the same way about me. Everyday we spend together we grow closer and closer. Though I didn't think it was possible I our love grows stronger as everyday passes as well. I am truely blessed to be able to say I found my soul mate and he is my best friend. I hope you enjoy looking at the pcitures because I know we sure enjoyed taking them.

A little victory smooch, the Rockies may of won the game but it looks like I am the realy winner, I won Tad and prize that will be with me for eternity. What a great ending to an AMAZING anniversary weekend!!!

MY HUSBAND IS SO SMART!!!

SO AS I MENTIONED BEFORE OUR COMPUTER CRASHED ON US RIGHT!! WELL TAD'S SISTER AS THE SAME LAPTOP WE DO SO HE THOUGHT BEFORE WE JUNK OUR COMPUTER TO SWITCH HARD DRIVES TO SEE IF IT WAS THE ENTIRE COMPUTER OR JUST THE HARD DRIVE. WELL WE SWITCHED THEN OUT, BUT WE HAD TE HARDEST TIME GETTINGOUR HARD DRIVE OUT AND KRISTIN'S JUST SLID OUT. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF PULLING AND ALMOST BRAKING OUR COMPUTER THE HARD DRIVE FINALLY CAME OUT. WHEN TAD FINALLY GOT OUR HARD DRIVE OUT THERE WAS A LITTLE TINY GOLD CLASP PEICE. WEIRD HUH?? WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS THAT LITTLE PEICE WAS KEEPING OUR HARD DRIVE FROM SPINNING. WE DOUBLE CHECK ALL OF OUR CLASPS THE HOLD THINGS TOGETHER AND TEY WERE ALL THERE SO WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IT CAME FROM. ALL WE CAN THINK IS THE PERSON WHO PUT OUR COMPUTER TOGETHER LEFT IT THERE AND IT TOOK THIS LONG FOR IT TO GET LOOSE AND CAUSE US TROUBLES.
ONCE WE FIGURED OUT IT WAS WORKING TAD INSTANTLY BACKED UP EVERYTHING ON OUR COMPUTER IT WAS CRAZY. SO FOR NOW ANYWAYS WE HAVE OUR COMPUTER BACK. WOOO HOOO!!!!!

Counting Blessing

In the past month my world has totaly changed. I have moved in with my inlaws, lost most of my privacy, lost most of the control of what goes on in my home, when things get done and how they get done. And that all happened at once. To most it doesn't sound like a big deal, but to me it is. I am doing my best to adjust to living with 7 other people rather than just 1. In this time I have realy learned what it means to count your blessing. I have always been very very greatful for wat I have, but I have realised that I have over looked osme small and simple blessing tat really mean a lot to me.

Also, during this same time i have found out a trumendous amount of this that have gone not so good for my family and some of my dearest friends. i am so great that these people have confided in me. Again it has been another reason to count my blessings and be so greatful that I am the person they confide in and not the person who actually as to live through it. It makes my heart hurt because I can't do more then be a listening ear and and a voice of reason, but I know we are all blessed with trials in our lives to test us and make us stronger as people.

I find it amazing how fast we can forget what is so special to us and how fast it can be taken away. I am so glad for the choices I have mad e in my life and where those choices have brought me today. no one ever said life would be easy they only said it would be worth it. As days go by I see that more and more. As time goes on I am able to see heavenly Father plan for Tad and I a little more, and why things happen the way they do. Here are a few blessing I have thought of lately and may be they will remind you of some of the small things life has to offer and we all may of overlooked a time or two:

• I am so greatful for a loving husband
• I am greatful for the eternal love we share
• I am greatful that he would do anything to make sure our family was taken care of
• I am greatful for the kisses i get when i wake up, go to bed, he leaves for work, when he gets ome, when either of us leave a room and all the random ones inbetween.
• I am greatful for al the hugs that go along with those kisses
• I am greatful for the time Tad and I get to spend togethe before we have children, though we deperately want them
• I am greatful for loving inlaws who have agreed to let us live with them inour transition period
• I am greatful for the time I get to spend by myself
• I am greatful to be able to cook for the family two days a week
• I am greatful that I am no longer in high school
• I am greatful for a dad who left his family for over half a year each year to give us the best possible life he could
• I am greatful for the time i get to spend with my dad
• I am greatful I never got mixed up in the wrong things such as drugs and alcohol
• I a greatful that i am healthy
• I am greatful for the gospel and the knowledge it has brought into my life
• I am greatful for a supportive family who has been by myside through that journey

I could go on on but above all I am greatful fo life!! I am so glad i have the life i do and I am so glad I know the peopl I know. I just have to always rememver that.Life is good!!!
