Moma Time

My mom was here last weekend and it was a blast. We started off the weekend by staying up until 2 am talking. Then saturday morning we moved out of our apartment and less then half the people showed to help. WE went back to the hotel and took a short nap right before we got ready to go out to dinner with Tad's family. Dinner was great and then we left dinner and headed out the Coyote Ugly. We were going to make it an early night but we were out until 2 am once again. We had a blast. My mom and I danced on the bar and my mom go hit on by a 21 year old boy. He was so shocked to hear that she was their with her daughter. Sunday we got to sleep in a little and then headed over to Tad's parents house. My mom and I made clamchowder and shrimp scampi. Monday was great as well. My mom and I went and cleaned my apartment and got it check off, then headed to the mall for pedies, but we got side tracked and ended up spending a lot of money and got a new summer wardrobe. We finally found a place to get our feet done just in time to get ready for the Rockies game. The game looked like we were going to win and they lost it in the 8th inning. We had a ton of fun with Tad's sister and brother came with us. They were selling hot chocolate at the game and brought it right to us, good thing because we were freezing. Then the sad day came for my mommy to leave. She left Tuesday morning.

I am so glad that she came, I think it gave me wnough of a taste of home to help me make it until te 4th of July.

Changes

Life has been crazy lately, but we wouldn't have it any other way. The big moving day is this Saturday. Life is going to be different that is for sure. We are moving in with Tad's parents for a few months so Tad can finish school, then it is on to Washington. We are buying a duplex and are going to be living in one side and renting out the other side. I am so excited to actually be able to paint the walls what ever color I want.
Tad will be done with school in the beginning of August. He will be taking a little break and then it is back for his BA. I am so proud of him and how dedicated he is. He will be trying to get a job at a credit union for a while, so he has some interaction with the public.
Our computer totally crashed this last weekend so that has been hard considering that Tad's classes are online, but life happens.
Still no babies but we are ok with that. We are defiantly hoping soon but we know that everything happens in the Lord's time not our, we are very grateful for the time we get together in the mean time. We know we will be blessed some day in the mean time we can just love all of our friend's and family's babies.
We are going to Washington over the 4th of July so I am hoping to get some picture of the duplex up for all to see.
